Maybe Talk and Not Just Speak

And maybe someday we will meet, and maybe talk and not just speak.

James Blunt

How many times in your life have words been stronger than a punch? Think about it for a second … words have a huge power, indeed they are an energy expressed through a language caused by vibrations.

Years ago I became fascinated with the work of Masaru Emoto who found out that he was able to change the crystals of frozen water when conscious thoughts were directed to them. Here you can read a direct testimony:

It was 1994 when the idea to freeze water and observe it under a microscope came upon me. With this method, I was convinced that I should be able to see something like snow crystals.

The observation was conducted in various ways:
Observing the crystals of frozen water after showing letters to water;
Showing pictures to water;
Playing music to water;
Praying to water.

The result was that we always observed beautiful crystals after giving good words, playing good music and showing, playing or offering pure prayers to water. On the other hand, we observed disfigured crystals in the opposite situation.

Words, images, music and prayers are all vibrational forms. A conclusion about Emoto’s work leads me to the fact that vibrations contain information. Basically, every time I say something, some data are inputted into the surrounding environment and, most important, inside me.

Think about the fact that the average percentage of water in a male body is around 65% and in a female body around 55%!

Let’s focus on the impact that words have. Words you hear, words you write, words you read, words you watch but most of all I would like you to be aware of the words that you say. In fact these are the words which effect us the most. I can’t control the outside world, I can’t control what others are saying but I can definitely become conscious of my own words.

It is possible to bring light through words.

Speaking to people brings light to them when it comes from the heart. When words come from the heart, they have an energy which expresses pure love. The vibration contained into these words carries information. This information is light because it is forged by an authentic, true and genuine feeling. So when you meet someone in need, it is important to speak to him/her truly from your heart. In that moment you are not just saying words, but you are giving light.

My perspective changed when I understood that I can help people by speaking to them and not only by doing things. I discovered that there is a power inside of me that I did not know I have. It is an instrument to help others; it is free and unlimited. Let’s change the way we use words, one by one. No more punches. May we all become instruments of love.
